Project Management o Understanding the requirements of the project and provide required inputs, timely, to the consultants o Project planning, developing Schedule, Tracking, Execution. o Determining, controlling SCOPE, Time, and Cost of the project. o Studying the S-Curve to determine the project progress. o Conducting Weekly review meetings in order to track timely project deliverables o Project documentation, attending review meetings and generating MOM o Material inspection, Drawings and documents review and approval o Post Order Procurement expedition o Prepare a quarterly cash flow every month for projects Stakeholder Management and Construction Management
