Finance Operation manager

• Maintain a database of accounting documents, in both electronic and hard copy. • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, and other transactions). • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. • Reconcile monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfil tax related requirements (GST, TDS, ITR, ROC). • Approve third party payments through accurate reconciliation of financial records. • Supervise the daily operational tasks of the credit and collections team in Zoho Software. • Conduct finance audit periodically and recommend improvements. • Ensure that financial activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company.
