Responsible for the management and execution of all associated field lifting and construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards. Undertaking revision and approval of lifting plans and method statements throughout the North and South oil field. Providing technical advice for lifting operations and produce detailed lifting plans for sub-contractors without the expertise to fulfil the legal requirements within the ROO/BP organisation. Playing an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed Also providing competency training to the local contractors where necessary.
