I joined in BPCL Mumbai refinery. I am working as an area incharge for electrical maintenance in DHDS,HGU, DHT and SRU unit. My profile here is techno-managerial. I am leading a team of 6 people who are involved in day to day maintenance activities. I am responsible for increasing the reliability of my equipments, replacement of outdated equipments, RCM of electrical machines, troubleshooting, creation of incident investigation reports, creation of contract, execution of contract, updation of equipment history in SAP and planning, creating contract and execution of planned turnaround. I have also commissioned DHT and TGTU units from electrical side.
