• Responsible for the development, implementation, co-ordination, monitoring and maintenance of the HSE plan of the project, ensuring all personnel are fully supported with the guidance, training, equipment, documentation, inspections • Monitored and checked the implementation of PERMIT TO WORK System such as: Hot, Cold, Radiography Permits and Certificates such as Confined Space Entry, Maintenance of large machineries, Work at Height and Electrical/Mechanical Isolation Clearances etc • Conducted Safety survey & inspection on worksite, equipment, hand and power tools, plants, lifting tackles, fire extinguishers and follow up it for improvement • Carried out routine safety inspection to ensure compliance with safe work procedures by workers
