Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the quality management. Supervising all regulatory compliance activities and helping to enforce quality assurance policies and best practice principals covering the safety, design, production and inspection.  Leading Quality team, Review Quality Departmental functional activities & Reporting to QA Head.  Monitor Rejection Rework& Defects at Shop Floor Product Weise & take Acton Plan for Improvements Along With respective Shop Managers.  Responsible for Inprocess & Final Inspection of Raw and Finished & Assembled Castings.  Prepare & Maintain the Monthly Departmental Work According to Production plan.  Preparation OF Quality Alerts OPL Displaying On Each Station.  Maintaining Supplier RECORDS
