Initiating and assisting in developing the business strategy for Cadmium Group Nigeria. Handling the Business Operations for running the Organization in Nigeria. Identifying viable Business, Developing and Closing Opportunities in line with company’s goals and standards. Work closely with HR department to champion performance management and review across all departments of Admin, Finance, Procurement, Engineering & Sales. Creating leads from New Accounts and existing Oil & Gas and Power industry contracts. . Build and sustain good working relationship with the Oil & Gas
