Project Development Engineer/Tender & Estimation

• Scrutiny of tender/contract documents and highlight all important clauses. • Responsible for interpretation of the scope of works, drawings and specifications including preparation of material take-off, estimate material pricing, man-hours, construction equipment and etc. for technical and commercial bid proposal. • Prepare Tender BOQ for submission based on customer RFQ and drawings. • Production of P&ID (Instrument Air Package & N2 package membrane and PSA-Based, EPF, Surface facilities, etc.). • Preparation of Basic Plot Plan. • Estimation of Packages/Equipment and Man-hour Estimation & complete plant estimation. • Floating Inquiries, analysis of offers received from vendors, raising queries and try to get a complete offer from vendor
