 Responsible for ensuring that the daily project execution  Leading and managing construction team  Coordinating all work on site  Attending production meeting  Maintain a daily log for site records  Develops corrective plan to ensure progress and productivity targets are met  Develops and monitor 3 weeks look ahead schedule for assigned workforce  Verifies that all material, manpower and other resources needed to support the 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule are available and on site.  Reviewing and familiar with the schedule and budget  Ensure quality standards are met  Ensure compliance with safety regulation  Ensure all equipment & materials are available on site at all time  Laisse with inspection authorities regarding approvals
